In the context of global data protection laws, InZob generally acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our business users, who act as Data Controllers. We process customer data strictly according to the controller's instructions and the terms of our service agreements.

• 4.5 Technical/Usage/Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, interaction tracking, and performance metrics.
• 4.6 Cookies/Tracking: Essential and analytical cookies to maintain session state and improve user experience.

We process your data to provide core functionality, power our AI features, conduct service analytics, maintain security, and ensure legal compliance. This includes routing messages, generating AI insights, and maintaining account integrity.

InZob leverages advanced AI models from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic. We enforce minimum data sharing principles. Crucially, we do not permit sub-processors to train their foundational models on your customer data without explicit consent.

Our services rely on WhatsApp Business APIs. Business users are solely responsible for obtaining end-user consent before initiating communications. You must comply with all WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policies.

We support Google OAuth for seamless login. We request only basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) necessary to provision and secure your account.

InZob does NOT sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted infrastructure and AI providers necessary to operate the service, or when legally compelled to disclose information by law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Users can request account deletion, after which data is purged from active systems. Backup copies may be retained for a limited duration for disaster recovery.

Upon receiving a verified request, we will process the deletion of your personal data from our active systems within the timeframe required by applicable laws, except for data we are legally obligated to retain for regulatory, tax, or security purposes.

We implement robust technical and organizational measures, including encryption at rest and in transit, to protect your data. However, no internet-based service can offer an absolute guarantee of security.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside India. We ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place to protect your data during such transfers.

As a Data Controller, you must establish a lawful basis for processing your customers' data, provide appropriate privacy notices, and honor your customers' data rights and compliance obligations under applicable law.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
